Agreement to Terms

By using DamnGoodTrade ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Description of Service

DamnGoodTrade is a market simulation platform that provides:

• Simulated trading environments using market simulation data
• Educational tools to help users practice trading strategies
• Performance tracking for simulated trades
• Market replay functionality

Important: This is a simulation and educational tool only. No real money or securities are involved. This is not investment advice, and we make no guarantees about the effectiveness of our training or your future trading performance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DamnGoodTrade. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Registration

• You need an email address to create an account
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• You can use passwordless login or add a password for additional security
• One person per account - don't share accounts

Payment and Billing

• DamnGoodTrade is a paid service with some demo content available
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• We may add new features and content over time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us to discuss

Lifetime Access

We offer a "Lifetime Access" option with the following terms:

• Definition: Lifetime Access means access to DamnGoodTrade for as long as the service remains operational and available.
• Service Life: "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of DamnGoodTrade, not your personal lifetime.
• Continuity: Access is subject to DamnGoodTrade remaining in business and these Terms of Service remaining in effect.
• Service Changes: We may modify features, add content, or update the platform over time.
• No Refunds: Lifetime Access purchases are final after 30 days - no refunds if we discontinue service.
• Termination: We reserve the right to discontinue DamnGoodTrade with 60 days advance notice to users.
• Account Rules: Lifetime Access can be revoked if you violate these Terms of Service.

Important: Lifetime Access does not guarantee perpetual service availability and does not create any obligation for us to maintain DamnGoodTrade indefinitely.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use DamnGoodTrade only for its intended educational purpose
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse our systems
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the service for any illegal activities

You agree not to:

• Copy or redistribute our market data or simulation algorithms
• Use automated tools to access our service excessively
• Attempt to circumvent our payment systems
• Harass other users or our support team

Educational Nature and Disclaimers

DamnGoodTrade is for educational and simulation purposes only.

• Past performance (simulated or real) doesn't predict future results
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• We are not providing investment advice or recommendations
• Consult qualified professionals for actual investment decisions
• Your simulated performance may not reflect real trading outcomes

Intellectual Property

• DamnGoodTrade owns the platform, algorithms, and simulation technology
• You own the data from your simulated trading activity
• You can't copy, modify, or redistribute our software or content
• We respect third-party intellectual property rights

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

Account Termination

You can delete your account by:

• Using the account deletion option in Account Settings
• Emailing us at info@damngoodtrade.com

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
• We're not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DamnGoodTrade is provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for trading losses you may experience in real markets
• Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us
• We're not responsible for third-party service outages

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law, and any disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
